The EuroPal P86 palletiser with dimensions of 2,100 x 900 x 2,159 mm (W/D/H) doesn't show it: it handles stack weights of up to 600 kg and workpiece carriers or trays measuring 800 x 600 mm with ease.

Everything you need to know about how the P86 palletiser works
Step 1:
In the first step, your components are pushed into the P86 in stacks on trays / workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley. This can also be carried out by an AGV.
Step 2:
The trays / workpiece carriers are then separated and positioned on the transfer level. The components are now gently and automatically transferred to the production process.
Step 3:
Once this process is complete, the trays / workpiece carriers are stacked again to form a tray stack and destacked in the lifting unit. The stack can then be removed again (by AGV, trolley, etc.). Tray stacks can be exchanged during operation on all EuroPal palletiser models, reducing your downtimes to zero.
Our definition of performance
With an individual workpiece pallet weight of up to 60 kg, the P86 is the optimum automated solution for handling processes. The maximum workpiece carrier loading height is 1050 mm and you can increase the stack weight to up to 600 kg. With an average (process-dependent) changeover time of approx. 12 seconds, you are definitely one step ahead in terms of performance.
The models in the HP series are also available with an integrated handling axis for handling or with a swivelling or articulated arm robot.
