The EuroPal HP pls is an excellent choice whenever you need to supply non-pourable parts or unit loads in large quantities automatically, without interruption and at high capacity: whether pallets, trays, blister packs or small load carriers (KLT) - the EuroPal HP pls models are as fast as they are gentle on parts.

How the high-speed palletisers in the EuroPal HP pls series work
Step 1:
In the first step, stacks of trays are fed into the palletising system. This can be done fully automatically or by a machine operator with the aid of a trolley or floor roller. Alternatively, a double-track conveyor system or an automated guided vehicle (AGV) can also be used.
Step 2:
The trays are either filled with workpieces or they are empty. The palletising system in the lifting unit picks up the entire tray stack and lifts it directly from the trolley (floor roller, AGV, etc.) to the transfer level. At the transfer level, the tray stacks are transferred individually from the palletising system to the cross-slide system. The cross slide transports the individual tray to the working position and positions it precisely.
Step 3:
The workpieces are placed in the tray precisely and gently, at high speed and in the correct position. You can choose to use your existing handling system or a robot at this point.
Alternatively, they can be removed from this and transferred to an assembly process, a machine tool or an injection moulding system, for example. Also possible: transfer to our moduflex puck system. Workpiece into the puck or out of the puck - we have a solution for everything. Yours.
Our definition of performance
But that's not all the palletisers in the EuroPal HP pls series can do. A combination of removal and depositing is also possible: the parts are removed from the tray, transferred, processed and deposited back in the tray once processing is complete.
Once all the workpieces in a tray have been processed, the tray is changed in less than two seconds. This changeover takes place "on the fly". A tray has three positions on the transfer level, with the centre position being the working position.
It is this sophisticated design of the EuroPal HP pls series that guarantees you an increase in performance, while also ensuring greater process reliability and promising you significantly more autonomy.
