EuroPal HP43 pls: High-speed palletising system - big for small products.
With increasing requirements in terms of performance and output in assembly systems and assembly processes, the demands on parts feeding, parts removal and parts buffering and therefore on the performance of tray feeders and palletising systems are also increasing. However, there is now a solution: the EuroPal HP43 pls high-speed palletiser with a tray changeover time of less than 2 seconds.
When it comes to small parts, the EuroPal HP43 performance line speed (pls) really comes into its own! And if you need to automatically supply or remove small and non-dumpable parts or piece goods in large quantities in production without interruption and at high capacity, the EuroPal HP43 pls scores in several ways: The EuroPal HP43 pls is suitable for workpiece carriers with 400 x 300 mm and a loading height of 50 mm. The workpiece carrier can weigh a total of 20 kg; the maximum stacking weight is up to 150 kg.
This means that the EuroPal HP43 pls has a real "knack" for small and delicate goods and handles them particularly gently. For the smallest palletiser in the HP pls series, it doesn't matter whether you supply it with pallets, trays, (wash) baskets, blister packs or small load carriers (KLT): it does what it does quickly, with high performance and, above all, reliably.
Buffering parts made quick & easy: EuroPal HP43 pls
As a production manager, you not only benefit from these attributes, but also from a tray changeover time of just under two seconds. Another plus: In addition to the fast parts feed and output, the EuroPal HP43 pls is also an excellent buffer for your components and therefore an ideal tool for process control. Not to forget: With the EuroPal HP43 pls, you can look forward to high-performance technology not only as the person responsible in a medical device company: the HP43 pls also really steps on the gas in electronics production or CNC automation, as well as in many other industries. Just ask us!
How the EuroPal HP43 pls works
Step 1:
Step 1 starts with feeding the tray stacks into the palletising system. You decide whether this is done fully automatically or manually using a trolley or floor roller. Other options include a double-track conveyor system or an automated guided vehicle (AGV). Depending on your process, the trays are filled or empty.
Step 2:
The palletising system in the lifting unit picks up the entire tray stack and lifts it directly from the trolley (floor roller, AGV, etc.) to the transfer level. At the transfer level, the tray stacks are separated by the palletising system and transferred to the cross-slide system. The cross slide now brings the individual tray to the working position and positions it precisely.
Step 3:
The tray is then either loaded or unloaded by the integrated handling system. This process step is carried out with maximum precision and speed and is gentle on the parts. The depositing is position-orientated; alternatively, the parts are removed from the tray and transferred to the subsequent process.

Our definition of performance
Are you looking for a technology that combines storage and retrieval with high performance? Then the EuroPal HP43 pls is also ideal. Here, the parts are removed from the tray, transferred, processed and placed back in the tray once processing is complete.
Once all the workpieces in a tray have been processed, the tray is changed on the fly in less than two seconds: The tray has three positions on the transfer level - the centre position is the working position.
