Tray stacker - integrated handling

The tray stacker with integrated handling axis handles the orientated removal and/or depositing of your components, products or workpieces from trays, blister packs, plastic pallets or workpiece carriers and takes over their automated stacking and destacking.

The trays or alternative loading aids are supplied automatically via a conveyor belt. This makes the HTS43 tray stacker the optimum technology with integrated handling. In your production, you benefit from the orderliness of the production processes once they have been established, which has a positive effect on further processing and connection to other production steps. These process-related adjustments reduce your costs, increase autonomy and ensure the quality of your products.

How the HTS43 tray stacker works

Step 1:

In the first step, the trays are stacked and fed to the tray stacker. This is done using conveyor technology or manually by a machine operator. The trays are then transferred individually and in sequence to the handling station. Here, workpieces can either be loaded or unloaded.

Step 2:

In the next step, a stacked tray is positioned and made available for handling. Depending on the application, the components, workpieces or products are now removed from the tray in the handling station or alternatively placed in it.

Step 3:

In the third step of this automated process, emptied or filled trays are stacked again. Whether you start your process with an empty tray or a full one makes no difference to us - the HTS43 tray stacker masters both processes reliably.
