We don't make a science out of these simple components! You should just know that we at modular automation also have a lot of expertise in industrial areas where things are not quite so clean. With our drip trays, drip channels and drain plates for plastic chain conveyor systems, we make a small contribution to ensuring that lubricants, dirt, cooling lubricants, chips or falling small parts do not have too much of a disruptive effect on your day-to-day production.
Drip channels
Drip channels are attached directly to the guide profile. They correspond to the width of the respective system series and catch dripping lubricants or other liquids.
Drip trays
The drip trays also ensure that lubricants or other liquids are collected at points such as arched wheels, deflection units and sliding arches.
Drain plates
Drain plates ensure that the liquids collected via drip channels and trays can drain off at a specific point. This keeps your production line clean and makes it easier to clean.
