EuroPal P series palletisers: automatic palletisers for your autonomy
Few things are as important in production as autonomy and high overall availability throughout the entire process. By using automatic palletisers from the EuroPal P series, you can achieve both. Not forgetting the consistently excellent quality that can be guaranteed with 100% certainty thanks to the elimination of manual work.
How the EuroPal P-series palletisers work
Step 1:
First, the production parts are pushed into the palletiser in stacks on workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley. In the lifting unit, the entire tray stack is lifted to the transfer level.
Step 2:
The EuroPal P palletiser now separates the workpiece carriers and positions them on the transfer level in order to transfer your components gently and automatically to the production process.
Step 3:
After completion, the entire process runs backwards: the EuroPal P-series palletiser picks up the finished production parts and gently places them down for palletising.
On all EuroPal palletiser models, carrier or tray stacks can be exchanged during operation, reducing your downtimes to zero.

Our definition of performance
The different models of the EuroPal P palletising system process loaded pallets with a maximum weight of up to 60 kg. The total stack weight is up to 600 kg.
The maximum stacking height of the trays is 1050 mm. The workpiece carrier changeover time is from 6 seconds (EuroPal P43) and can even be as little as 2 seconds (EuroPal pls series). The exact changeover time for your model from the EuroPal P palletising system series depends on the height of your workpiece carriers.
If you do not yet have a loading or unloading handling solution or a robot, it is worth taking a look at our EuroPal HP series. All models in this series are optionally equipped with an integrated handling axis for handling or with swivelling or articulated robots.
