moduflex aluminium conveyor system F180: Far more than an interim solution
Everything is in flux - even in the development of packaging. Whereas there used to be a maximum and minimum variant, today there is a need for intermediate sizes and further models between the intermediate sizes.
The space-saving moduflex F180 aluminium conveyor system is basically nothing else. Whenever your products are too large for the F140 and unstable processes could be the result, the F180 has to "make do". Naturally also where our large moduflex F300 aluminium conveyor system is not working to capacity.

moduflex F180: handles excess width well
We don't need to say much: anyone familiar with our aluminium chain conveyor systems and perhaps even the moduflex F140 knows what it can do. The safety chain of the moduflex F180 aluminium chain conveyor system also runs on four slide rails. With a profile width of 182 mm and a chain width of 180 mm, the moduflex F180 offers a little more room for manoeuvre in terms of product selection.
Flexible conveyor system - moduflex F180 system
Cartons can be wider, bottles can have a larger diameter. The product weight may also not exceed 15 kg. You can expect transport speeds of up to 60 metres per minute. The moduflex F180 aluminium chain conveyor system can also handle conveying loads of up to 200 kg and can be transported over a conveying length of 30 m (from the drive).
You can see for yourself: The F180 aluminium chain conveyor system is also predestined for all kinds of products such as trays, bottles and other goods - in cartons or optionally in soft plastic packaging.

The F180 chain conveyor always has something going for it
A modular conveyor system such as the one we have developed at modular automation allows you to quickly implement a moduflex F180 aluminium chain conveyor in your day-to-day production. As with the moduflex F140 chain conveyor system and all other variants, we have other high-performance and standardised components available with which you can modify your new moduflex F180 aluminium chain conveyor system to your heart's content and hall layout. Whether different chains, different drive and deflection stations, various support profiles, horizontal and vertical sliding arches or curved wheels - we are as flexible as your requirements.
The moduflex F180 chain conveyor system: solid conveyor technology
It was the numerous requests for a great deal of flexibility with a small footprint that motivated us at modular automation to realise our modular system. With the moduflex F180 aluminium, these advantages become visible once again and also give you, as an engineer, some breathing space when planning a transport system.
The moduflex F180 chain conveyor system makes everything possible: whether horizontal or vertical, continuous or with accumulation - the moduflex F180 aluminium chain conveyor system is the best possible conveyor solution for many processes. As an engineer, you can rely on us at modular automation and therefore on the best conveyor technology the market currently has to offer. We can say this so confidently because we are one of the few companies whose conveyor systems are compatible with those of other well-known brands. And the fact that our conveyor systems are also available in a stainless steel version is another plus.
Basic knowledge for anyone planning conveyor technology
Plastic chain conveyor technology is not rocket science; however, a lot can go wrong in the truest sense of the word. In addition to your product and the desired conveying speed, the product weight or the coefficient of friction, there is a lot more to consider so that you get the transport solution that perfectly matches your production parameters. Before we start implementing the project, we therefore clarify:
1. What are the properties of your conveyed goods/product?
2. Which operating characteristics are specified?
3. Are funding system data available?
4. Which conveyor system sizes are best suited to these conveyor system requirements?
5. Which tensile forces must be taken into account?
