The moduflex FS conveyor system: lightweights get on track here

An aluminium conveyor system doesn't have to be big to achieve great things. If you are an engineer or responsible technical purchaser and want to convey small goods such as workpiece carriers for mobile phone speakers, packaged medicines, lightweight ball bearings, small metal parts or - preferably using a puck - products such as injectors or vials, the moduflex FS aluminium conveyor system from modular automation is the perfect choice.

Where the FS modular conveyor system ensures efficiency

The moduflex FS aluminium conveyor system has a single-link chain with a chain width of 44 mm and a profile width of 45 mm. This makes it one of the most compact conveyor belt systems. The conveyed products can be between 10 mm and 80 mm wide and weigh a maximum of 2 kg. The FS aluminium conveyor belt system offers you a transport speed of 60 m/min and is designed for total conveying loads of up to 150 kg. The maximum conveying length is 30 m. These attributes and the modular design make the FS conveyor system aluminium the ideal solution for transporting small products in industrial production, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries or in the consumer electronics sector. Another plus: easy integration into existing processes such as labelling or cartoning, to name but a few.

Flexible conveying system - moduflex FS system

As an engineer, you know that when choosing the right chain conveyor technology as a space-saving system, quality is crucial for performance. With the moduflex FS aluminium conveyor system, we therefore also rely on high-performance standardised components such as drive and return stations, support profiles, horizontal and vertical sliding arches, curved wheels and other high-quality components.

How the moduflex FS conveyor system ensures compact routes

As an engineer, you can look forward to a compact design and equally compact tracks with the moduflex FS aluminium conveyor system. Suitable for puck transport, for clamp conveyors, for conveyors with a returning chain and conveyors with a top-running chain, the FS conveyor belt system stands for versatility and flexibility in equal measure.
Whether you are implementing a high-speed application with the moduflex FS aluminium conveyor system or whether the product and process require less performance is irrelevant: the FS conveyor system masters both with ease.

What you should know about the FS conveyor system and all the others

At modular automation, we have dedicated ourselves to the development of modular conveyor systems. Our aim is to provide you with exactly the conveyor belt solution that your process requires. Our basis are standardised modules, which we combine into what we call a modular conveyor system, which is also available in aluminium and stainless steel versions.

Modularity and standardisation make us the best possible address if you are looking for a service provider for the manufacture of conveyor belts and conveyor systems who also scores with many years of experience in design, manufacture and commissioning.

What's more, we not only know our own plastic chain conveyor systems down to the smallest detail. We are also masters of compatibility between the tried and tested and the new and are therefore compatible with many technologies from well-known market players.

For beginners and pros: useful information for planning chain conveyor technology

For engineers and management alike, the efficiency of a system is of crucial importance in terms of the investment made. When deciding on an aluminium FS conveyor system or any other, important factors are the conveying speed, the weight of the product to be conveyed and the coefficient of friction. To ensure that the design of your conveyor system is optimised, we have compiled the most important questions for you here:

  1. What properties does your material/product have?

  2. What operating properties are specified?

  3. Is conveyor system data available?

  4. Which conveyor system sizes are best suited to these conveyor system requirements?

  5. What tensile forces need to be taken into account?

  6. Which product routing best secures your products?

Facts and figures about plastic chain conveyor systems

In order to provide you with the best possible support when planning your new plastic chain conveyor technology or to ensure that a planned conversion or extension of your conveyor technology runs smoothly, we need precise figures, data and facts. Which product is to be transported and what are its dimensions and weight?

How is your process structured and at what speed do you want to promote? Is the process timed? Are there any stations where congestion could occur or is desired? What type of production environment do you have? Do you work in a clean room or is the environment rather contaminated? In connection with this, we also look at your hall layout - what could the conveyor route look like? Where do transitions need to be planned for your conveyor system? Where are supports and fastenings required? How can we optimise lateral guidance? Is a control system required? The expected tensile forces and the question of whether an additional drive unit is required are also important.

The answers to these questions ultimately lead to the decision that the moduflex FS system is the optimum aluminium chain conveyor system for you, for example.
