More than just a round thing: moduflex wheel bends
They literally have the hang of it: with wheel bends for chain conveyors, you can realise horizontal changes of direction with an angle of up to 210° as standard and even more on request.
To do this precisely and safely, the wheel bends deflect the link chains of your conveyor system. You can choose which angle you want to realise at which point of the conveyor system. Variants with 30°, 45°, but also more extreme curves with 90° and even up to 180° turns of the link chain are possible.
The advantages are obvious: wheel bends generate no friction losses and therefore do not wear out. This means that you can use any number of moduflex wheel bends to create space-saving lines with very tight radius and thus develop the conveyor system of your choice.
