HP series handling palletisers: Handling included
The central components of all handling palletisers in the HP series are the servomotor-driven handling axes (Y/Z), which enable handling processes with high speed, high precision and a very high load capacity. With the HP series, we at modular automation have realised three models in which the loading and unloading of workpieces or components into or from the tray or pallet is integrated and therefore completely automatic.
If you, as the person responsible for your series production, are looking for a technically sophisticated solution with integrated handling axes for palletising and depalletising, you now have a free choice thanks to our HP series. Realise your production efficiently and use the models in the HP series for the palletising process and the subsequent fully automated loading of your machines with components. Take advantage of our expertise when implementing the optimum gripper solution for you or when integrating the control system.
Palletisers in the EuroPal HP series save more than just a few steps
With the modular automation handling palletising machines in the EuroPal HP series, you are opting for a technology with excellent integrated handling axes for the reliable handling of your components and workpieces and therefore for automated loading and unloading processes for high-quality processing and/or assembly. Three optional sizes are available: 400x300, 600x400 and 800x600.
Position-oriented material flow thanks to palletiser
At the same time, all three palletiser models guarantee you optimised and reliable material flows in your production. Regardless of whether injection moulding, CNC automation, simple machining or even production in a clean room: the automatic palletisers in the EuroPal HP series are synonymous with high quality, which can be implemented efficiently in even the smallest installation spaces.
The right palletising system for your applications
And if you already have your own handling solution or robotics in your production, the P-series palletisers without a handling axis are a good option for feeding parts to your machines.
How the EuroPal HP series palletisers work
Step 1:
As with the palletisers in the EuroPal-P series, the production parts are first pushed into the palletiser in stacks on workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or a trolley. AGVs can also be used here. The EuroPal HP palletiser then separates the workpiece carriers and positions them on the transfer level.
Step 2:
Here, the integrated handling technology picks up the components with a suitable gripper and either feeds them into the production process or takes them from there to place the components back into the tray or onto the pallet.
Step 3:
Once the workpiece carriers or trays have been stacked again, the tray stacks can be removed using a trolley, hand pallet truck or AGV. With all EuroPal palletiser models, carrier or tray stacks can be exchanged during operation, reducing your downtimes to zero.

Our definition of performance
With its three models, the EuroPal HP series is ideally positioned for assembly and production work in a wide range of industries. The individual models HP43, HP64 and the HP86 differ in the size of the workpiece carriers and their loading height, which is between 50 mm and 220 mm. You are also flexible in terms of stacking weights, which range from 150 kg to 600 kg.
Tray change time from 6 seconds
The EuroPal HP series models vary from 6 seconds to 12 seconds in terms of workpiece carrier changeover time. The three models also differ in terms of handling and throat depth: the HP43 has a throat depth of just 80 mm, while the HP54 requires between 100 mm and 500 mm and the HP86 600 mm.
Palletiser without handling? No problem!
If you already have an integrated loading or unloading handling solution or a robot, take a look at our EuroPal P series models. We have designed this series to be even more compact and without an integrated handling axis.
