How the EuroPal HP64 works
Step 1:
As with the HP43 and HP86, the production components are first pushed into the automatic palletiser in stacks on workpiece carriers using a manual pallet truck or trolley.
Step 2:
The HP64 palletiser then separates the workpiece carriers from each other and places them on the transfer level. Here, the integrated handling technology picks up the components with a suitable gripper and either feeds them into the production process or returns them to the tray or places them on the pallet.
Step 3:
The workpiece carriers or trays are then stacked up again and the tray stacks can be removed using a trolley, hand pallet truck or AGV. Tray stacks can also be removed and fed during operation.

Our definition of performance
The HP64 scores with a tray loading height of 220 mm and can handle a maximum weight of 30 kg per workpiece carrier. The maximum tray stacking height is 1050 mm. The total tray stacking weight is max. 400 kg. The workpiece carrier changeover time starts at 12 seconds, depending on the process and component. You can expect a handling projection of 100 to 500 mm.
