EuroPal HP43 handling palletiser: the slimline palletizer with the smallest footprint
A fully-fledged technology with a width of just under 1.30 m can be described as slim in an industrial environment. The HP43 palletiser, the smallest model in the EuroPal HP series, deserves this attribute and, at just 80 mm, goes one better when it comes to handling.
As with all models in the EuroPal HP series, the servomotor-driven handling axes (Y/Z) are among the main players in the HP43 when it comes to realising handling processes with great speed, high precision and a very high load capacity.
EuroPal HP43 handling palletizer - saves you a lot in other ways too
Are you also looking for a technical solution for your production to realise the integrated loading or unloading of workpieces or components into or from the tray or a pallet?
In short: Do you want your process to be more automated?
HP43 palletiser: Made for small components in trays
The HP43 handling palletiser does all of this, especially for small components or products that need to be palletised or depalletised as part of an overall process using integrated handling axes. The effect: greater efficiency and higher component quality thanks to the elimination of manual work steps.
As versatile as your components - grippers for your requirements
It makes no difference whether you are working on injection moulded components or want to carry out downstream work such as grinding, lapping, honing, sandblasting, superfinishing or assembly after machining. The HP43 performs solid and reliable work.
By the way: We at modular automation are also strong when it comes to integration into your control system and the design and implementation of specific gripper solutions. Talk to us - the best solution is within reach here too.
If you already have your own handling or robotic solution, the EuroPal P-series palletisers are the right choice.
HP43 Handling palletiser: functional sequence
Step 1:
With the HP43 palletiser - as with all palletisers in the EuroPal-HP series - the production parts are first pushed into the palletiser in stacks on workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley. The use of AGVs is also possible here.
Step 2:
The HP43 then separates the workpiece carriers and positions them on the transfer level. From here, the components are picked up by the integrated handling technology with the appropriate (multiple) gripper and fed into the production process or taken from it and placed back on the pallet or placed in the tray.
Step 3:
The trays are then stacked up again and the tray stacks can be removed again using a trolley, hand pallet truck or AGV. Tray stacks can also be removed and fed during operation.

Our definition of performance
The HP43 is designed for a pallet size of 400 x 300 mm. The small palletiser - if not the smallest in the world - can handle stack weights of up to 150 kg - a performance that is particularly appreciated in machining. The part weight can be up to 100 g. The pallet change time starts at 6 seconds. All in all, it is these features that make the HP43 an important factor if you want to optimise your material flow and therefore your processes.
