EuroPal HP86 handling palletizer: Gently with power
We are also happy to offer a little more power for palletising. With a maximum stacking weight of 600 kg, the HP86 does not have to hide. Its workpiece carrier dimensions of 800 x 600 mm offer you everything that modern production requires when it comes to palletising. The main feature of the HP86 is the servomotorised handling axes (Y/Z). They enable handling processes with high performance, impressive precision and impressive load capacity.
The HP86 also integrates the loading and unloading of workpieces and components into trays or pallets fully automatically. In your role as production manager, are you also looking for a technically sophisticated solution with integrated handling axes for palletising and depalletising? Then the HP86 is ideal.
Use the HP86 for your palletising process and benefit from the fully automated loading of your machines with products, workpieces and components. You can also rely on our experience in implementing a suitable gripper solution and control integration.
EuroPal HP86: how to optimise material flows
Tray palletiser with integrated handling
With the EuroPal HP86 palletiser, we at modular automation have created a technology that guarantees reliable handling of your components and workpieces thanks to integrated handling axes. This enables automated loading and unloading processes for fast assembly and reliable machining. What's more, the sum of its technical features makes the HP86 an important parameter that you can use to optimise material flows. Whether in machining, CNC automation, injection moulding or in a variety of other manufacturing processes: The HP86 masters them reliably - even in cleanrooms.
Large yet small: compact design
As the largest of our palletizers, the HP86 completes the EuroPal HP series, which impresses with its high quality, compact design and excellent handling properties.
Do you already use a robot or another handling solution of your own? Then the models in the EuroPal P series could be the right choice for you.
Everything you need to know about how the HP86 handling palletiser works
Step 1:
As with the other two models in the EuroPal HP series, the production components are first pushed into the palletiser in stacks on trays/workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley. An AGV can also be used here.
Step 2:
The HP86 palletiser then separates the trays / workpiece carriers from each other and places them on the transfer level. The integrated handling technology now picks up the components using a gripper and either feeds them into the production process or returns them to the tray or places them on the pallet.
Step 3:
Once this process is complete, the trays / workpiece carriers are stacked again to form a tray stack and destacked in the lifting unit. The stack can then be removed again (by AGV, trolley, etc.). Tray stacks can be exchanged during operation on all EuroPal palletiser models, reducing your downtimes to zero.

Our definition of performance
The EuroPal HP86 scores points with a loading height of 220 mm and can lift a maximum of 60 kg with the individual weight of the workpiece pallet. The throat depth during handling is around 600 mm. The maximum stacking height here is also 1050 mm.
However, the total stack weight of the HP86 is an impressive 600 kg. Here too, you can expect a workpiece carrier changeover time of 12 seconds or more.
