The P64 palletiser: tray feeder leader in the mid-range
The P64 tray palletiser can be described as mid-range with a clear conscience in terms of its component handling and its pallet dimensions of max. 600 x 400 mm. It confidently handles all components and workpiece carriers where the Palletiser P43 reaches its limits in terms of size and a P86 model would not be used to capacity.
In one respect, however, the P64 palletiser or depalletiser is in no way inferior to its similar models from the EuroPal P series: Here too, as the person responsible for production, you can look forward to the efficient provision of your components to automatic production and assembly machines - naturally also automated, in the correct position and accurately positioned. Of course, as with the P, HP and RP series models, you can also deliver your products via an automated guided vehicle (AGV).

Everything you need to know about how the P64 palletiser works
Step 1:
In step 1, the production parts are pushed into the P64 in stacks on workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley so that the workpiece carriers can be separated and placed on the transfer level.
Step 2:
The components and workpieces are then automatically and gently transferred to the production process.
Step 3:
Once processing is complete, the process described runs backwards: The P64 palletiser picks up the finished production parts and finalises the process by gently placing them back into the workpiece carrier.

Our definition of performance
With an individual workpiece pallet weight of up to 30 kg, the P64 can also handle a lot. The maximum workpiece carrier loading height is 220 mm and the handling limit for the stack weight is 400 kg. With an average (process-dependent) changeover time of approx. 12 seconds, you have definitely increased your efficiency significantly compared to manual handling.
