How the P43 palletiser works
Step 1:
In the first step, the production parts are pushed into the P43 in stacks on workpiece carriers using a hand pallet truck or trolley. There, the workpiece carriers are separated and placed on the transfer level.
Step 2:
Your workpieces, blanks or components then reach the production process automatically and gently, where they are removed or fed by a robot or handler.
Step 3:
After completion, this process is reversed: the P43 palletiser picks up the finished production parts, places them gently in the workpiece carrier and then palletises them.

Our definition of performance
As mentioned, the P43 is more for the small, but no less powerful! The workpiece carrier loading height is just under 50 mm. A workpiece carrier can weigh up to 20 kg, with a maximum stacking weight of 200 kg. If all the parameters are right, the P43 impresses with a changeover time from 6 seconds.
