EuroPal HP64 pls palletiser: speed redefined

High speed for 600Ă—400 mm trays with the high-speed palletising system from modular automation. With a stacking weight of up to 400 kg and a stacking height of 1050 mm, the EuroPal HP64 pls makes quite an impression! Its features make it a popular candidate for assembly and production processes in a wide range of industries. Are you also looking for a technology in which output and performance should meet the highest standards? Then we recommend the models in the EuroPal HP pls series.

We can change trays in under two seconds. You too can increase your performance and benefit from parts supply and removal and parts buffering that leaves nothing to be desired.

High-speed palletiser EuroPal HP64 pls

Made for all 600 x 400 mm trays: EuroPal HP64 pls

Tray change under 2 seconds - High-speed palletiser

If your main focus is on the automatic and uninterrupted provision of components (piece goods) and you expect this in large quantities with high performance, the EuroPal HP64 pls is the technical solution of choice.

Highspeed for trays with 600 x400 mm dimensions

This high-speed palletiser is equally suitable for trays, pallets, blister packs, baskets or small load carriers (KLT) with dimensions of up to 600 Ă— 400 mm. You can rely on the EuroPal HP64 pls to handle parts gently and measurably increase your output from CNC automation and injection moulding to medical technology assembly or electronic component production.

How the EuroPal HP64 pls works

Step 1:

Tray stacks are first fed into the HP64 pls This can be done fully automatically or by a machine operator. The operator then uses a trolley or floor roller, for example. Other options include a double-track conveyor system or an automated guided vehicle system (AGV).

Step 2:

The trays are either filled with workpieces or empty. The tray stack fed in is completely taken over by the palletising system in the lifting unit. Here it is lifted directly from the trolley (floor roller, AGV, etc.) to the transfer level. At the transfer level, the tray stacks are separated by the palletising system and transferred to the cross-slide system. The cross slide transports the individual tray to the working position where it is precisely positioned.

Step 3:

The tray is now either loaded or unloaded by the integrated handling system: The workpieces are placed in the tray at high speed, precisely, gently and in the correct position. Alternatively, they can be removed from the tray and transferred to another process (assembly, injection moulding, CNC automation, machine tool, etc.).

Our definition of performance

If your process requires it, you can also combine the removal and depositing process with the EuroPal HP64 pls palletiser: The parts are removed from the tray, transferred, processed and placed back in the tray once processing is complete.

Once all the workpieces in a tray have been processed, the "flying" changeover takes place in approx. two seconds. This is made possible by three positions on the transfer level - the centre position is the working position. It is precisely this ingenious design of the EuroPal HP64 pls that ensures both performance and process reliability.
