Innovative through research
For example, we conducted joint research projects with Chemnitz University of Technology and Darmstadt University of Technology on the recycling of chains and were awarded the German government's Innovation Certificate for our innovative results.
The idea: to develop new processes for cleaning, reconditioning and recycling the chains in order to utilise used conveyor chains as part of the value chain.
Research in the field of conveyor systems for battery production
We have also made great strides in the field of research in e-mobility and can now offer automotive companies innovative conveyor technology for battery production that reliably meets the industry's high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
The optimum material pairings were researched here, making it possible to achieve maximum performance on the belt with minimum abrasion in cleanroom and dryroom environments.
Innovative solutions for trolley container transport in intralogistics
With the container management system, our engineers have developed a technology that automates heavy manual labour in the area of container and trolley intralogistics;
With the EuroPal BMS64 container management system, we have developed an innovative solution with which stacks of containers can be automatically destacked from trolleys, and entire stacks of containers can also be automatically placed on trolleys. In combination with the friction conveyor systems developed by us, this system forms the perfect interface between AGVs and container conveyor technology.
