Your health and the health of our employees is very important to us. For this reason, we have taken extensive measures at a very early stage to ensure a safe working environment and the smoothest possible business operations.

Internal measures:

At our site, hygiene measures were tightened very early on, internal and external events were cancelled or held via digital channels. All business trips were cancelled at an early stage and are suspended until further notice. Our colleagues work in the home office, provided that the operational processes allow it.

Availability with modular automation:

All colleagues in the home office can still be reached as usual by telephone and e-mail. All colleagues can also be reached via video telephony using Teamviewer and Microsoft Teams (Skype for Business). At our location in Darmstadt, an emergency staff is on site, so that deliveries can be received and deliveries can still be dispatched promptly.

Delivery capability with modular automation:

We also took initiatives in the area of delivery capability at an early stage and these are being continued on a daily basis. Thanks to an early increase in stock levels and a regular exchange with our suppliers and forwarding agents, we currently have very good delivery capability. Should there be any significant changes or restrictions in our ability to deliver in the coming weeks due to dynamic developments, we will inform you proactively.

We will continue to react to the daily events and take all necessary and possible protective measures for you to protect your health, but also to remain a reliable partner for you in these difficult times.
