Aluminium and stainless steel wedge conveyors - transporting products gently
The wedge conveyors are available as aluminium and stainless steel variants. They permit gentle, fast product transport in the vertical and horizontal direction (adaptable transport). The wedge conveyor comprises the two directly opposing conveyor lanes that grasp the product at the sides (gently) such that the products can be transported to a different transport level.
The advantages of the wedge conveyor are that no control effort is necessary along with the space-saving construction and arrangement. Wedge conveyors are suitable for products with a uniform size and that are not excessively heavy. High velocities in product transport are possible. A further advantage is that the lane width is adjustable and can therefore be optimally adapted to your product.
